This was my salon for years - even if the stylists came and went - and they sometimes did. The prices were a little high, but I always had very good or excellent results with my hair and was NEVER dissatisfied with my hair in over 14 years of various styles and lengths. I loved Robert's and they loved me - I easily spent $1,200-$1,500 a year there when you include all the services and products.... more

Always friendly, accomodating, and determined to get us customers what we need. While Roberts often is busy, I have never found the folks at the desk or the stylists or the therapist to be anything other than helpful and freindly. If I have to wait a short moment at the desk, my Roberts stylist or therapist stays with me.

I have been going to the salon since I was younger because my mother has went there. I personally find the place stressful. There are wayyy too many UNHAPPY employees working there. Another thing that drives me nuts, is that everytime you walk in there all 20 of the people they have "working" at the front desk are too busy gossiping or dwelling on their not so great looks.
