I have been waiting for months to try this place as I am a BARBQ groupie. I have NEVER had BARBQ this good!! Sausage melted in the mouth like butter. Corn and green beans were fresh,
Organic and amazing. Two thumbs up!!!'

It's very rare I visit a place where I can say everything was good. But this place had it all-good tender juicy BBQ, tasty sides, even the condiments were good. I loved the potato salad and pinto beans. The slices of onion had a sweet tangy taste. Even the jalepenos were my favorite kind. We will definitely be going back.

Nice people serving very good barbecue. The brisket is moist and tender... good flavor. Unlike most bbq joints in this area, they smoke with mesquite wood rather than oak or pecan. Often , mesquite smoked brisket is bitter; however , Bucket Brigade wraps the brisket at the right moment to prevent the bitterness. Ribs, sausage and chicken are good too. First visit for early Saturday afternoon lunch. The baby back rib plate was fall off the bone delicious!! BBQ sauce choice was just one... Not bad!! Fast and friendly service. Rate 4 of 5.
