I have been a patient for a few years at this practice. I always felt reluctant and nervous about attending my exams. The front desk was a problem for me. The staff was efficient, but not friendly or welcoming at all. The technicians would get very frustrated with contact fittings, as I am a hard person to fit for contacts.
