Avoid Robert's Carpet Webster location on Gulf Freeway at all costs. They are very polite when placing your order and taking your money, however buyer beware, if you are unhappy in anyway do not expect to receive a phone call back or resolution to the problem. They take your deposit and do not follow up to schdule delivery of your product. I got no product / service. Store credit = No refund and no product no resolve..
