This is my second time working with RNC Appliance. My fridge decided to stop working at 8pm this evening, and by 9:30, Bobby was here! He got the fridge working again, and suggested holding off on additional repairs until we see if the work he's done has fixed the problem permanently. Rob diagnosed the issue, to defrost the fan, and replace a main control board. He came up with a fairly steep price ($370) but convinced me by "it's either this or your food goes bad". After some decisiveness I said ok. I told Rob to leave the main control board after he replaces it. I called my friend 30 min. later to check on the status and he said that Rob was done in 15 min.
