Poor customer service

I had an appointment at 4pm and was still not seen an hour later, causing me to be late to work and making me feel bad about my being late when in fact it was the office's fault. No one on the staff informed me about their being behind in visits and when I asked I was just told, you're next. The staff was rude and disorderly. Susan Reckell is a wonderful eye doctor. She is very kind and helpful. We had to take my child to en eye doctor when he was one, and that eye doctor said we were imagining things. We kept imagining things and finally decided to get a second opinion before he turned three.
