Pros : Cheap.

Cons :
1. Because this is a cheap place, there is a lot of rif-raf. This means, you see a lot of folks screaming in the parking lot (especially on Friday/sat nights when it is warm out) and revving their engines late at night when they come back from bars or to drop off friends (1 or 2am).
2. The apts are OLD, so insulation is very very poor. What you save in rent goes into the...

Lived here for 6 years, only moved because we bought a house.
The staff was wonderful and took great care of us
The deck on the river is great especially in the spring & summer, and is rarely occupied (which I never understood) so we used to get a lot of private time on what felt like our own place in a country like area. We even saw deer many times! Highly recommend it. ...
