We moved here in 2003,signed a lease,and was advised by the resident manager,Kevin,that the back yard could be sodded,or zero scapped after it had been leveled out,to date the back yard has never been leveled out it is nothing but mud,we chose zero scapping,wich to date has never been done.
A former manager,Stephanie Dunn with the regional manager,Mike Meachem told me personally the back yard would be zero scapped,wich to date has never been done,and Mr. Meachem had advised me numerous times the zero scapping would be done,wich to date has never been done.
