So far, I have brought my car to Riverside Auto four times, and every time has proven to be a good decision. In July, my car decided not to start, so I brought it in. They put in a new starter, and it worked just fine. However, in October, starting my car had become difficult. I brought it in again, they admitted it was a bad starter, and put a new one in FOR FREE (it was still under warranty).... more

Everything so far in this shop has been good, but the only negative thing about this place is that the prices for the body work of your car is kind of high. Not that its oh my gosh, through the roof prices, but it's not like your average charges for the body repairs for your car. But other than that they have an excellent service going on. I have always been happy with the service at Riverside. They are honest, and try to give you a reasonable deal. They even give free advice. I decided to replace a part myself rather than pay $200 in labor and they told me how to do it. They always let me dispose of used oil and usually even help me clean the pail. nice guys.
