I was referred to Rivers Pest Control by Turner Pest Control for fumigation of my furniture. We returned from a trip to SC and realized that we brought some unwanted guests and bugs with us from the hotel where we were staying.

I took the furniture to him on Friday, and Mr. Rivers stated that I'll have it ready the following Monday morning.

I had to rent a U-Haul truck to deliver and pick up the furniture. I showed up on Monday, and I had no help from anyone. The lady from the office just showed me the shed! I removed the plastic coverings and to my surprise, I see the little...

I've googled Rivers recently because of just having my annual subterranean termite inspection done, and I agree with ""op finest""... Can't believe anyone would bash this company! The Rivers family is the sweetest family and pretty much, the realest no-beating-around-the-bush type of family. Their business actually thrives on it, because I'm still here! They know BED BUGS!

Rivers did what 2 other companies have tried to do on their first try. Embarrassing enough my family got bed bugs. We tried to get rid of them ourselves. What a waste of money. 2 different pest control companies tried as well. It seemed to help but not totally erradicate them and the little suckers kept coming back. Rivers came to my house and after 1 treatment and 3 months later I still have to sign of them. The other comapny came out weekly for a month.

They were very polite and understood how I felt about these suckers. Each time I called, I usually got the same helpful staff. ...

This company is HORRIBLE!!! Mr Rivers is extremely rude and arrogant, and Curtis has arrogance to match! Only use this pest control service if you want bad customer service, and a horrible headache. Rivers pest control showed up to my property 3 hours late. They gave us USED treated bags (to protect food and belongings). ALL of the staff is rude (including the administrative assistant). I would give a rating of zero stars if possible. You've been warned- stay away!
