I can tell some of these workers use to be BILL COLLECTORS. I let them auto debit my account weekly and one week they forgot, then began to debit my account every two weeks. (THEIR FAULT, NOT MINE), then we went back to weekly debit at my request.
Sometime in December I got a threatening letter indicating that I was in default. WHAT? It was because when they errored by going every two weeks, it shows that I am a week behind. I am still trying to get them to fix this for me, and its February. But people, you need to understand, if your credit history is shaky, this is the kind of creditor that is going to accept you, flaws and all. I don’t like it, and I don’t like the interest, but my history was/is shaky. Make sure you pay on time, as promised and they will probably leave you alone and treat you better. That’s why I let then auto debit because I do not want to deal with bill collectors.

If you are late by even 1 day they will come get your car, I mean I have had my car with them for over a year, was working late didnt make it to make my payment, I went the next day to pay my payment nothing was said but thank you...
