I love my apartment living at the Rivergate Apartments in Sacramento, CA. The complex grounds are well kept. Anytime I submit a maintenance form, it is promptly addressed by management. I have been a proud tenant for 8 happy years.

Hello people! I moved to Rivergate in October,2011, since then I have no problems. It's peaceful here. Management is lovely. Grounds are clean, and No "Getto People" as people below are claiming. I bet Landlord kicked you guys out, that's why you are mad at him! Also, Prices are the best around this area! Byeeee!

I actually like this place. I dont know what management did to you but I enjoy living here. I dont see cops everyday here and it's always quiet. I dont have problems with anyone, ofcourse there are some mean people, but its everywhere.
