We are a apartment community that overlooks the Arkansas River off Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock. We offer 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances.\n\nOur amenities include two resort style pools, state of the art fitness center, free tanning to residents. All of our units offer a covered balcony area with a exterior storage room.

We just moved in and they are so beautiful and its a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is newly renovated very big for a 1 bedroom. We absolutley love it here!!!

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management and staff do not care if you have noisy neighbors. And they have an awful cockroach problem. I would go out of town for the weekend and come back to trash in my apartment that wasn't mine. The response from the management was "don't pass your keys out to just anyone." The only other person who had a key to my apartment was my mother....
