The previous reviewer is right about how their entire management is a strange family run setup. A couple of men who work at the facilities management office COMPLETELY lack phone etiquette. And in general are some of the most rude people we've ever come across.

The management is very quick to respond to any issue though. Gotta give them some credit for that.

Walls of the apartments are paper thin. And you'll be going crazy if you're someone who loves silence but ends up having a-hole neighbors who bang their doors and have complete disregard for others who live around them or scream...

i filed a report with the local BBB and will sue in civil court if not resolved

utilities were not double billed

I discovered the month of utilities I thought I was double billed for was a mistake on my part. No utilities were double billed

Please do not rent these townhouses. The accountant double billed me for utilities and even with the check in front of her refused to refund the money. Charged for trash/water/sewage after I had moved out. Charged $34 to repladce drip pans on stove. over charged on repairs/cleaning for apartment. you can hear everything from your next door neighbors
