while looking for apartments, i stopped here. I not only was made to wait for an extended period of time, but the leasing person i had was not very informative whatsoever. she did show me an apartment but didnt tell me much about it at all. That right there made me decide to not rent there. if she wasnt helpful while i was looking for an apartment how helpful would she be after i moved in?

I love this apartment so much! Even though i live on the 3rd floor which is a hassel when your pregnant and have a 4 year old! But the apartment in nice! I don't want to leave but I have to because rent went up. I have had no problems with noise or bugs at all. Love the look of the apartment its so great!!! I recommend you move here for sure! Great for families! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!...

I've lived here since 2006 and have lived in multiple different units on this site. They all have been well kept and if there was ever a problem no matter how small the staff would have it resolved quickly. The current staff is very kind and polite and actually cares about the residents. I would recommend these apartments to anyone I know.

We have been living at River Oaks since April 2007. We love our apartment! We lived in a 1 bedroom first and after finding out I was pregnant moved to a 2 bedroom. The lay out is so spacious! Management is very courteous and maintenence is quick to fix any problem we have had. We have recommended it to several of our friends who live here now too. GREAT COMMUNITY!

We have lived here for almost a year and love it, all our neighbors seem to be friendly and nice. Management is so very nice and helpful. There is plenty of parking and the noise is not bad here unlike our previous apartment complex. Maintence is always on top of fixing any problems. I would recommend this complex to all my friends.
