After an initially uncertain impression (see below), I can now advise that Ritz - Cindy - has done all that was asked but there was a gap in communication, ergo my misunderstanding!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I want to be impressed by Ritz - but it hasn't happened yet! Having ordered, and paid for, two wedding bands, and arranging for them to be sent to a SanFran based friend (I'm overseas), I was advised that the rings would be ready in 4 days, and I would certainly have them before Christmas.

I bought my fiance a ring yesterday at Ritz located in the Sf Jewery Mart. I was very impressed with non-salesy approuch and the quality of high-end setting they had. She is VERY satisfied. I bought it and they set it within an hour.
