I travel alot for business and the ritz usually never fails me. This one had to be among the best that they have to offer. Great customer service, great rooms, great pool, great landscaping, great valet....you get the idea! The room service was just delicious as well as in the many restaurants they had to offer. This is one of the best in the Ritz Carlton chain. It blows Soth Beach Ritz out of the water. We had the most relaxing, pampering stay here. Key Biscayne is far more beautiful than any travel brochure could project. It's a little getaway that's full of surprises. The Hotel staff is well trained and the rooms are cleaned to perfection.
