I agree with you the problem is in management, but not all. Last week had a very bad experience with the store in Killeen. I went to Rimco thinking I would get great service versus one of these side street rims shops. I paid 1500. for rims and tires. I drove home happy and the following morning i got on the hwy and my car was vibrating, bad. I got off the hwy and took it to them. They do not like to respond to customer questions regarding their accounts but if you are a day late making a payment they are contacting you immediately. They need better management and procedures for helping customers with questions!!!!!!!!!!!!
