Awesome student living apartments with a great price, individual leases, dog park and bus shuttle to the UNT campus
The apartment complex is decent. I pay alot of money for the apartment I live in, its seems a little pricey for the apartment.
The apartments are great and affordable. The location is great close by the shopping center.
Definitely an average apartment complex. One of the cheaper choices for students at the University of North Texas, definitely cheaper than dormitories. Cap on electricity (if you're home often you'll likely go over) but water paid for by the complex. It is about a 5 minute drive to campus (UNT; closer to ten for TWU) and traffic between the apartment and the universities usually isn't too bad...
