Long story...very short.. it has been 2 months, my hot tub still does not work. They have scheduled me for 2 separate days to meet the 'installer to fix'. Day ONE: I take off work to sit here from 8 to 12... I call them around 10ish.. "oh sorry, the part never came in yesterday, we aren't coming" No explanation as to why they couldn't have called the day before.
2nd time.. 2 weeks later when all the parts have arrived. I called them around 10ish again, after taking off a 2nd day being told 8 - 12. "Sorry, the technician is on a roof with a problem, he won't be coming." So I say, "That is ok, I will wait, it can be after 12." Their response.. "I don't know how long he will be up there, and you don't want him working late on a Friday do you?"
I did ask to speak to a manager or owner and was refused .. that is why I am on here. This is the first complaint I've done in 42 years!
They do not seem to care you are missing your work and appointments to sit around and wait for them, nor do they seem to try to accommodate you.
