I live at Riachi at One21 and so far has been great. The neighbors are nice and friendly.

This complex is in a great location. Several restaurants, bars and stores close by. The common areas are well maintained and the gym has plenty of free weights and never over crowded. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The pool is always crystal clear. There are several friendly family's that live there and I never had any problem or complains living there.

Great Place but High Priced

I have lived here for almost 2 years, Last year they raised my rent by 6% this year by almost 9%. Just about a $120 more a month than when I started. Trash service is sketchy, was good but Mine has sat outside my door for more than a full day. You will love the place but it will cost you.

I'm in agreement with the above comments. Have lived here for sometime. Since Banner apartments took over from UDR and the changed the office staff, they are not running the complex efficiently. There is no recycling, the garbage pick up situation is a nighmare and they are not knowledgeable when you have an issue, they aren't flexible with resident's either. The rents are way too high for this...
