This review is being published under my real name because it is the honest-to-God truth.
On Thursday, March 21, 2013 Larry (the owner) and his son showed me a WWII M-1 Carbine. They explained it had to be researched before getting final approval for the consignment. I was advised to call back in two days. That Saturday morning Larry informed me the price was $849. I showed up six-hours later to complete the purchase and was told by Larry, "An employee wants it and employees always come first." My shocked reply was, "I thought the customer comes first." Larry walked away and his son explained the customer does come first but they were not aware the M-1 had been promised to an employee. I was advised the employee had until Monday to complete the purchase. If he didn't come up with the cash I could buy it. I am disheartened to see a gun store that places disabled vets and customers at the bottom of the pile. Larry's word as a man is unreliable. He obviously never served in the uniform of our country or if he did he never learned the meaning of honor. Needless to say, I'll spend my money in a reliable establishment.
