Got a Kirby vacuum from Rhino Distributing.  We coudln't get it to work.  Called the given phone number and got the answering machine.  Nobody returned our call or helped us.  Being within the cancellation period, we cancelled.  A week later someone came out and got the Kirby.  The original contract said our money would be refunded within 10 days.  The person picking the vacuum up gave me a...
