I am always in the market for a good spa. I haven't even been to this spa yet and I won't set foot in the door based solely on their responses to negative feedback. Nothing but attitude and defensiveness... Not at all apologetic or corrective. It's funny... many people have made the comment about the front desk staff being standoffish. I can actually hear that tone in the responses. What a shame... It sounds like the massage staff is fabulous, but they will suffer as a result of this attitude.

I think this "spa" has gone out of business because they had paper in the windows covering the store front & Denver Court papers taped to the door today.
