This place is horrible! They made a group of us (there were four) VERY sick. At first we didn't think it was the pizza, as the first day I ate breadsticks, and didn't become ill, but the second day I ate the refrigerated leftovers and became sick too. The pizza was the only common link between our sudden unexplainable illnesses. When confronted with this, the manager REFUSED to reimburse us...

Friendly staff,
However, quality of food left much to be desired. I've had better frozen pizza. The pizza even had a hint of non-fresh tainted toppings.
The fetuccini that was also ordered was just that sauce and fetuccini noodles nothing more.
I'll go elsewhere from now on and wouldn't suggest this place to anyone
Cons
- delivery food value, quality, poor taste, poor ingredients

I work right next to Zini's, and go there once a week or so to try to grab a slice of pizza for lunch. The food is great, at least the pizza and breadsticks, and the people seem cool enough... but man, they NEVER make enough by-the-slice pizza for the lunch crowd. If you go in there between noon and 1, expect a long, long wait while they fill every single delivery order they get before they...

I've had Zini's food several times, mostly take-out. It's okay, but not memorable. Occasionally I'll give it another shot, thinking that I'll eventually get something that I like. Hasn't happened yet.
What bugs me the most, though, is the service. In a word: slow. In two words: really slow. I went there recently with a friend hoping to grab a quick bite. Twenty minutes later we left,...

All summed up into one word? YUM! Zini's is the perfect place to go grab a slice and a beer before you head out to Deep Ellum for a little club hopping. You can share a pie with friends or order by the slice. Thy have other Italian favorites, but I've never had anything other than the pizza.
i love the cheese and pepperoni pizza, but all of it is good and they make other things like salad and pasta.
they only deliver in the downtown area though. buy a whole one because a slice will just tease you. its a great choice on the weekends because they are open late.
Pros
+ speedy service, friendly enviroment and comfortable
Cons
- only delivers to the downtown area

I lived most of my life on the East Coast where the italian food and the pizza is second to none. The pizza at Frazini's is the closest to east coast style pizza I have found in the Dallas area. I highly recommend it. You can sit in the conspiracy bar, have a beer and eat pizza. The best times to go are after a late night down in deep elum or Sunday afternoon.

pizza has been attempted by many in deep ellum, but few have succeeded as capably as frazinis. aside from its user-friendly late-night hours and prime location in the thick of things on elm street – both significant assets – its no. 1 strength is serving...
