One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Bill was extremely accommodating. He got me in quickly and did the work even quicker. He was very friendly and explained every detail to me. He listened to exactly what I requested and was very responsive. The total expense was far below what I had expected. This man knows his stuff and I would recommend him to everyone.

I would like to comment on an excellent job Bill did on my car's differential. I showed up in the morning and my truck was finished in the afternoon. Being very swift, Bill helped my family a lot since we have only one car. I haven't write this comment til now because I wanted to make sure everything works correctly. I can say after 13k miles everything is smooth. I would recommend this shop...

Poor Quality of Work

Bill was over budget did not provide everything needed to install the rear end in the car and had the rear end set up wrong and it had to be taken out of the car at another shop and corrected Bill was aware of the issues and never made good on them.

I would not recommend him based on my experience.

Western Drivetrain is by far the most knowledgable auto axle and deferential repair company I have known. Not only he is very honest, but very detailed oriented and experienced. I agree with the previous reviewer. Bill swapped the 4.10's in my Mustang with 3.55's and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I was very comfortable leaving my car with Bill and I wish I'd found him a couple of years ago. The gears are quieter than they were before and I have already recommended Western Drivetrain to anyone needing rear end work. Thanks Bill!

Thank you Western Drivetrain (Bill Able) for the great job you did on my truck. The price you gave me for rear axle repair, was 35% less than anyone else. Also you were honest enough to reuse some of the parts, as they were good and not charge me for a new part. Bill rebuilt the rear differential in my 2002 Ford Explorer on Saturday June 19, 2010. He did an awesome job with it. I watched the whole thing and it took about 6 hours start to finish. He was very meticulous with every little piece and part of it. If it didn't look just perfect or was off by the slightest hair, he took it apart and readjusted it.
