I have been to Waterfront Plaza very colorful hotel. 24 hours a day to assist. Wonderful Staff, Excellent Service. Private fitness center, High speed internet access, heated pool and Sauna, Valet parking, chartered boat services, private boat docking facilities. while the hotel staff was mostly friendly we had reservations for almost two months before showing for a wedding party only to find they had booked the rooms we had been prommised and in attempt to fix there errors decided to put the four brides maids in a smalll one bed room and informed us the boooking agent lied and there was no bridal suite in the hotel for the bride and groom and the price... more

This place is located right next to Jack London square where you can do tons of shopping and tons of dining. It is located right next to the Oakland harbor and has pretty decent views. Just don't get a room on the train side because it is incredibly loud at night! Upgrade for the extra $20, it's worth it.

PROS: Clean, Great service
CONS: No parking included, It's an extra $20 for valet
