I ordered an arrangement on a Fri. to be delivered on Sat. NO LATER THAN 1:00.
They promised NO PROBLEM. Not cheap; 69.99 ended up 89.00 with delivery.
Never got there. Seems the driver was given the wrong arrangement, and was heading back to the store to get the right one - at 2;30.
STILL waiting for my credit.

I called and asked if they could deliver same day by 2. Lady on the phone said no problem. Flowers arrived at 6:14, over 4 hours late and screwed up the suprise I had planned.

When I called they told me they would have never committed to that time. The only thing they would do is offer me a 10% discount on next purchase. I asked for a quote on a dozen roses for Vday. They quoted me a... more

My boyfriend bought me flowers earlier this year from this place and they were late with the order. It came a day late and they did not offer a discount for the purchase. They also did not call and tell us it was going to be late and left us wondering what happened with the order. The only thing they offered was a small discount off the next purchase.
