Business Description from the Web
The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove is located just minutes from Downtown Miami, in a residential resort style setting. Although geared towards business travelers, this hotel will also appeal to those travelers looking to get away from the action. Guests can walk to local restaurants, marinas and nightlife, but this hotel embodies a quiet secluded feel. Guest rooms are traditional in design, and...

When you are located in a Ritz-Carlton you better bring your A game, and the Bizcaya Grill does. A kind of sophisticated steak house, Bizcaya offers prime rib, rack of lamb and steak along side ornate seafood choices like monkfish and lobster. The dining room is exactly what you would expect to find in a Ritz -Carlton (dark wood, marble and silk everywhere), and so are the prices. In...

This boutique outpost of the famed luxe, service-oriented chain is the smallest of the three (there are also Ritz-Carltons in South Beach and Key Biscayne), and arguably the most private. Its decor and landscaping are what you'd expect from the brand: lush, tropical gardens, rich floral tapestries, dark woods, and plenty of marble accents. Although not directly on the water, the location is...

Editorial Reviews from the web
Ritz-Carlton restaurants have lofty reputations to uphold, and this is reflected in the versatile menu at Bizcaya Grill. Half consists of simply grilled items like dry-aged prime rib and Colorado rack of lamb, served with a selection of seductive sauces that go beyond steakhouse standards---our favorites are lobster-basil hollandaise, and Barolo jus with foie gras butter. The other half...

The third and smallest of Miami's Ritz-Carlton hotels is, hands down, the most intimate of its properties, surrounded by 2 acres of tropical gardens and overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Decorated in an Italian Renaissance design, the hotel's understated luxury is a welcome addition to an area known for its gaudiness. In addition to the usual Ritz-Carlton standard of service and...

This hotel was very luxurious and not that expensive for South Florida. The lobby included a bar with piano player. The rooms were well appointed and the beds very comfortable. Great location for walking around Coconut Grove, enjoying the nightlife, and hitting the restaurants.
I loved staying at the Ritz Carlton because their bathroom was amazing with an amazing bathtub. The beds were so comfortable with such clean white linens. The room was so clean and I loved just staying in the room. In the back of the hotel there is this amazing fountain that is just beautiful to look at. There was also an amazing view and it was right down the street from Coco Walk where there...

I stayed here for several nights for a combination of business and a weekend getaway. I was extremely happy with the hotel. The rooms were as clean, well decorated, and comfortable as you would expect. The service was very good - staff were always there when you needed them but without hovering. I think that is the epitome of good...

Stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for two nights before a cruise. Taxi from the airport cost $25 (with tip). The hotel was situated in a rather quiet neighbourhood in Coconut Grove, not very much to see around there if you didn't have a car. CocoWalk with some shopping and restaurants was about 10 minutes walk away. The hotel itself was very...

We had some concerns about the service due to reviews posted here. Our experience was stellar. The front desk was over the top. Particularly a young man named William. Friendly , bright, polite and very accomadating. We had a ball, and what a convenient location.
We stayed for one night after a cruise and had a wonderful experience. The thing that stood out the most was the helpfulness of the staff. We arrived very early, 10am, and they were able to find us a room so we didn't have to wonder around all day. The room was very nice and the pool area above average....

It's hard to criticize a Ritz, they are always some level of nice, but RCCG misses the mark a bit. Service felt a bit "green." The girl at the front desk who checked us in was borderline unprofessional. Definitely not polished. Not the typical RC over the top hospitality. Was at the pool about 6 hours without being asked if...

My husband and I planned to stay at the Ritz South Beach for 3 nights starting the Sunday of Memorial Day. Luckily, a friend warned us about a hip hop festival on South Beach, and after confirming the atmosphere with the conierge at that hotel (bad news), we decided to move to the Rtiz Coconut Grove. I am not sure...

We stayed over the Memorial Day Weekend at the Ritz-Carlton, believing that our hotel stay would be deserving of the five star rating the hotel has received. Boy, were we wrong! I want to begin by saying that the staff are courteous and friendly and the rooms are nicely decorated, but I receive the same at any Marriott that I...

We usually try and stay in the Four Seasons whereever possible, but as we didn't want to stay in downtown Miami, we chose the RCCG.. Had heard great stuff about Ritz Carlton and how they were on a par with Four Seasons so were really looking forward to seeing if that was the case - it wasn't. The hotel itself...

My husband and I decided to do a last minute getaway to Miami and a family member recommended the Ritz as a great place to stay. We were very excited to make reservations there, the hotel was full via their website but we were able to get in at a very good rate via AA vacations. com. After booking the...

We tried to stay here after a cruise to the Bahamas. We when arrived we found out that the pool was closed for emergency repairs. They explained that they could shuttle us over to their sister property on Key Biscayne to use the pool. We asked what time we would be picked up they told us 5. It was already...
