I checked in this morning. The first room I was assigned had eight inches of standing water in the bathroom because of a leak. The room was also un-renovated and smelled funny. Days Hotel is Great

We spent Easter weekend at the Days Hotel in downtown Grand Rapids and were very pleased. The hotel is moderately priced, totally renovated and looks upscale without the upscale price. It is located right next to the Amway Grand and the new JW and is within walking distance of the downtown activities. Enjoy!
