I've used the foot patches personally and also it has helped my grandfather tremendously. I generally use the patches when I am sick or have a headache and I always feel better in the morning. I hate to sweat - but I must say it was good to feel that I eas doing something good for my body in the heat lamp room (Infra red sauna). The wrap is fun and I did see a marked difference in my thighs - that ugly cellulite vanished - well at least diminished. I had very bad eye allergyies. For no exact reason at all, my eyes would itch and swell, sometimes taking over my whole day.
