The Sheraton Oklahoma City Hotel was a very convenient location for me overall. On a quick business trip to OKC, I decided to stay here over night rather than in a business hotel out by the airport, and it was a solid decision. When we stayed at The Seraton it was very dirty...we walked around bricktown and came back around 4 and our beds were still not made!! The tv was very fuzzy and we did not have many channels. The shower curtan had somthing on it and we didnt know what it was. The room service person was very rude. My mom was right by the elevators so i head "ding" all night long. The room was wonderful and very comfortable. Room service food and service was great. The young man that retrieved our vehicle was really nice and gentlemanly. I really enjoyed my stay. Would like to have stayed longer.

I had a wonderful stay. The concierge suites were extremely comfortable. The whole stay was a real pleasure.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The suite was very plush. The help at the concierge lounge was extremely friendly and courteous.

The pool was very small. The pool area was unattractive. The rest of the stay was very nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were fine. The hotel had a good location. It was easy to walk to many restaurants.
