My husband were in town for a conference and thought that the Adam's mark would be a nice place to stay. Whoops. We checked in at about 11:00pm. We booked a King bed in a NON smoking room. ( I have severe asthma, so staying in a smoking room was not gonna happen.) Guess what we got! You guessed it...a smoking room. I told them what we booked, and that I could not stay in a smoking room. They... more

We went there for a convention. The Hotel has a great location, not any doubt about it. Right on the Pedestrian mall, walking distance to the convention center and the shopping center. But here is what happened. I had booked a triple for three men. When I got there, it seems there was no standard or deluxe room available. So they put us in a "conference room". For real. The hotel was great and the room service staff was exceptional as well as the food. The front desk staff, however, were not so great. On the morning of the checkout I requested a late checkout and was told that every room, all 1225 of them were booked and needed to be evacuated. When I called back and spoke to another clerk, I was able to re-book my room and later discovered that there were... more

The hotel not only charges for the room, but the charge to park your car. I made a change that added 1 more day and this package had the parking free. The only problem was that I made the addition on the same day that I would arrive, and did not get it in writting. At check-in they said that it did not include parking. I contacted reservations and they got it corrected.

The Adam's Mark Hotel has guaranteed that I will not return. There were two outstanding issues when I was there. In the morning, the entire hotel lacked hot water for showers. Fantastic antipasta bar, wide selection of delicious entrees and a plethora of decadent desserts. Plus you can customize your main dish as the chef prepares your grilled meats, pasta and sauce to order. Positively delightful!

Business trip, hotel selected by company. Very centrally located. This hotel is scheduled for a 70 million renovation and it really needs it to bring it up to Sheraton standards (rooms, hallway, someparts of the lobby, gym, etc). At least Sheraton is aware of this. Company rate was $160 a night, including tax.
