We had a few issues with the services received, but management promptly resolved our complaints, making the overall visit satisfactory.

Lower-level staff members can't be perfect all the time, and everyone makes mistakes. Having management that cares about a customer's happiness is refreshing!

Joey made my hair look and feel great without doing anything too dramatic. I am working on getting my hair back to a lighter color, (it's currently black) and he put in highlights that don't make me look like a skunk.
