This is one of the best city hotels, and Residence Inn did a great job renovating. I have stayed at Crowne Plaza London, Millenium and Westin NYC, and this ranks with them for enjoyment. Vaulted ceilings, next to the Grand Avenue and near Mob's- the best steakhouse in Milwaukee, you really can't beat the Residence. The staff was very accommodating (esp. Jamie). Overall, a great atmosphere and a very pleasant stay.

Great studio room with microwave, full size fridge, stove and sink plus dishes! Large room with queen bed and a sofa plus a desk and a huge bathroom. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and quiet, and in a good location with parking.
