Firstly, when I went in I was prepared to go for the full Green Tea Peel (not the express) which is easily double the price. After looking at my skin Tracy suggested just doing the express. I am 56 and my skins looks fantastic...I am going back two days form now to take advantage of the Wed. night facial special and cannot wait. I definitely recommend this Spa! I live locally and still need my monthly fix of facials and waxing. One of the main reasons I go here time and time again are my eyebrows. I have been a client of Tracy's for well over a year and I couldn't be happier that I found this little spot in Burbank. I've visited four other spas in LA and the OC, which include two in Beverly Hills as well as Burke Williams; however Relax Spa is far superior to any other location. I have had problem skin for years, and make-up had become an absolute necessity just to leave the house. Now I wake up and am ready to walk out the door with nothing but moisturizer and mascara; my skin looks that good. \r

My neck and shoulders were really sore from using computers, so I got the Swedish Massage with Pressure Points. Atmosphere was cozy, small, and quaint. The bathroom smelled so delicious (not kidding) I could have gotten my massage in there! I actually bought the candle they had burning in it! This is a store front ""spa"" with very little ambiance. You can easily hear the cars roaring by on busy Hollywood Way. The people are not friendly and you can hear the employee's talking while having your services. There are bells on the front door - so anytime someone enters or leaves you can hear the loud bells which is not something I enjoyed during my spa treatment. There are many wonderful Spa's in Los Angeles and the Valley - so please try one of those and do not go here.

When I first came to Relax Spa, my face was so broken out. I was embarassed to go anywhere without caking on the makeup, which would make my face even worse. I started seeing Traci once a month for facials, and my skin immediately cleared up. This place also offers great massages and face peels. The people are so nice and make you feel very comfortable about yourself. My self esteem has improved so much, and I no longer need to put a pound of makeup on my face to hide blemishes. She was super accomodating and I was on the table within an hours for 3 hours of unbelievable stress relief. Incredible facial by Traci and then the most amazing massage by Kimberly I've ever had. This place is terrific, very soothing, calm, and professional. I had a lovely massage that changed my whole outlook on life. Highly recommended.

Relax is definitely my local spa of choice. I visit Relax on a regular basis for a massage (at least every couple of months). After a visit I really do come out a different person and definitely RELAXED. Services are great and are competively priced. The staff is really great. Most spas I have visited aren't very welcoming or friendly unless you are spending $$$ a pretty good amount. But i never feel out of place when i visit Relax. I highly recommend Relax to friends and family. My co-workers know how much i love Relax that they by gift certificates for company bdays from them. ...

Relax Spa and Beauty Lounge was a great experience....especially for someone who hasn't had a facial in awhile! Owner Traci Lewis is very knowledgable and more than happy to discuss what a client's specific needs are. A very calm enviorment with no hassle or pressure to buy products or other services. Highly recommened if you want good service in a down to earth setting.

This place is truely relaxing. It offers a very private, confortable environment to simply ""get away"" from the busy LA life. The staff was welcoming and made me feel very confortable. The dim lights, soft music, and delicious food made my visit worth every cent! Unlike other popular spas with a big name, Relax Spa offers a more personal experience at a reasonable price.

I had the best facial ever. All my bumps are gone thanks to Traci. Guys, if you want to be pampered this is the place to go. Traci is extremely gentle and fast.
