This red lobster is the worst!!!! Don t ever go there. Even when I went to the tale outline. I waited 40 mins!!!!! For two soups. I hate this place ghettttttooooo.

Too much breading. Staff could be friendlier. Travel a bit farther and get real sea food! To sum it up in two words, Heavy Handed.

Service here needs to be improved. I ordered mussels in the shell. The waiter left our table after five to seven minutes I had to ask another waitress to locate him. After asking for a bowl for the shells. He came across friends which he knew and had a conversation with them, while I was still waiting for the bowl....

This was our first time at any red lobster restaurant..the food was okay ..the biscuits were great, the lobster good but I had the endless shrimp and I was able to try a variety and I must say that the majority was very salty but what made up for it was our waitress carla. She was exceptional and very friendly.

We go every week because the service and food is fantastic. As soon as you walk in, The smell of the lobster and shrimp melts in your mouth.
There are so many dishes to choose from. The shrimp alfredo linguini is so good, and the crab legs are fresh. The drinks at the bar are strong and the waiters are friendly. Get there early because there may be a wait for a table,but its well worth it!

The intermittent smell of ammonia each time a table is cleaned is incompatible with a pleasant dining experience. I left with a headache that reminded me of cleaning the oven while trying to enjoy a tasteful meal.

I never go to any Red Lobster on a weekend unless it's well before 5:00 pm. The food is very good at this location and we always leave full. This Valley Stream location gets jam packed on weekends. There is a cultural personality to this one, being that it's on the border to Queens borough of NYC. We used to drive out from Brooklyn, then, after tthat became too crowded, we started going further out onto Long Island to Baldwin to one that is a little quieter. We also noticed that Baldwin one is Whiter.

When you want to go out and get a quick bite to eat, or just to sit back and enjoy good seafood meal this is one hot spot to go. Located a short walk away from the Mall you can find parking and enjoy the ambiance of a marine atmosphere. Lights are dim, and a bar is within the restaurant for your enjoyment. The restaurant was recently remodeled (renovated) and it looks fantastic. Apparently, they also remodeled the staff's attitudes as well. Before, you had to beg for service--now, service begins as soon as you enter the restaurant. Everyone is attentive and very willing to help in any way possible. The food is great and is served in a reasonable amount of time. I really enjoyed my visit.
