Princeton Review has great tutors and a challenging curriculum; however, I had to pay an arm and a leg for it!

I Recommend finding a reputable, boutique firm where all the tutors are "Premier." Talk to friends and read reviews!

Pros

+ Very Professional; Good Curriclum

Cons

- Very Expensive

The Princeton Review provided a private tutor who was very knowledgeable and really helped my daughter get through her SAT prep. One great benefit of this tutor was that she was qualified in more than 1 subject; it allowed me to get my daughter ready for not only the SAT but also the ACT and later her literature subject test. I recommend this service to anyone with a college bound kid.

Great for GMAT!

My GMAT tutor really knew the test, helped me get over my fear of math (after not doing it for 7 years I was very rusty!) and would make jokes to break the tension. I also enjoyed being able to access the Princeton Review?s ?online student center?, with all the tests & extra drills, from any computer with internet access. Really came in handy when my roommates got too loud at home. Thanks!

The Princeton Review - Good service, good study books and in the end great results!

I signed up my son for a private tutor with the Princeton review and was really happy with the service. They took my information on the phone and matched my son with a tutor who he really liked... they even asked questions about his after school activities and interest. The tutor was really interesting and like my son played the guitar which made a reluctant 12 year old a little bit more... more
