Several of us went to this restaurant to celebrate a friends birthday. Everyone's dinner was awesome. I had the Shrimp, beef and chicken fajitas. Absolutely incredible. And the Margaritas weren't to bad either.
A usually great restaurant didn't make the cut this time. Very light crowd, food took too long to get there and wasn't even close to what was ordered. The waiter offered to 'fix' it but I didn't have the time...you get one shot especially when there is no crowd.
Best staff, better service and really great food. The Shrimp/ steak kebab is too tasty to describe. Chips drinks it just cannot get any better..
We went on Easter Sunday and was surprised that the restaurant was mindful that there would be families with children there. They had someone dressed as the Easter bunny. Really good food.

We live in another state and drive to Dallas just to eat at this restuarant! We love it. The food is always good. We went on a recent Saturday afternoon and met friends for lunch. They never rushed us out. The food is pricier but you get large portions.

The food was excellent. Since this was a late lunch/early dinner, we were unsure about what to order. Pete, our waiter, gave us great suggestions. We sat at the bar and so much fun watching drinks prepared we decided to eat there. The drinks were yummy and different and the bar staff gave us little treats to try. This is excellent food. I always order the seafood enchiladias. Their chips are thin and warm. As with the other Papas restaurants, it is very hard to carry on a conversation due to the noise. Still go as the food is worth it.

i noticed all the bad reviews and thought it very strange. I have been here several times and I love it. I will admit the wait staff is not the best, but it no worse than any other restaurant of this type. The food has always been good, and their tableside guac is awesome. I admit it is a little pricey but they have some decent lunch specials.

Always superb mexican food that is presented nicely. The homemade tortilla and the warm salsa is great. Their swirl margaritas are really tasty. This is a restaurant that I take out of town visitors to if they're in the mood for mexican food.
My favorite food is Mexican food and when I want the best I come to this Pappasito's Rest. The servers are warm and friendly. We didn't have to ask for refills on chips, salsa or tea. She even preprared our food to go with extra chips and salsa. I will frequent this restaurant for Mexican food at all times.

Pappasitos is never a let down. The service and food are fabulous and the desserts to die for and all can be shared. It has a great varied menu. Never a disappointment!!!
Service is horrible, food is just ok, specials are overpriced. This is bar far the worst offering of there chains in the city. Last time we were there for saturday lunch, 2 hours. Managements was brought to the table 2 times requesting the check. We were about to walk out, thank god I had cash. Dont even want to think about having to pay with credit.

I knew they wouldn't let me down. After a two year absence, business facilitates my return to the DFW area, and dining at Papasitos. Positively the very best in Tex-Mex offered by any chain - anywhere. The service couldn't be better by any restaurant, regardless of price, or cuisine.
