The Scene
Nestled in the lobby of the Omni Hotel, Juliette's is classy and comfortable, with a light, jazzy ambience. The dining room is elegant, with deep salmon walls, fine art work and spacious booths and tables affording congenial privacy. Service can vary from day to evening shift, but for the most part, it's prompt and friendly.

Located directly across the street from the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts and a block west of Jacksonville Landing, the Omni enjoys a more convenient location than the Hilton across the river. It caters primarily to a corporate clientele that fills the meeting facilities during the week. Most rooms are of moderate size, with the pick of the litter being the Florida suites, which... more

You can't beat the location. We were within walking distance to Jacksonville Landing and other places. The hotel itself was ok. The elevators had a musty, old smell and the room was small. I was afraid to touch anything because parts of the room were falling apart. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were cordial. I wouldn't stay... more

Nice property right in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. My room was on the 15th floor which provided a view of some of the city, the water, and the bridges. The room was good-sized, with a comfortable bed, lounge chair, work area, TV, closet and large sized dresser which conveniently housed... more

I don't stay very often at 4-diamond hotels but this one was payed for by the company that I was working for. My husband and I return to Jacksonville at least once a year (sometimes more). Decided to try Omni. Great location. Like the Riverwalk, always did. Valet service was great. Came back to the room after a long day, room not touched...not cleaned at all. Called down to desk; nothing done. Went to the bar and during conversation told the Bar Keep. She was WONDERFUL! She got on the staff and got the... more

"Visited to enjoy Jacksonville Riverfront. Area was worth the trip. Hotel was not worth the price. Mold in bathroom triggered allergies. Hotel only interested in charging for each service. Could not use refrig in room unless you got key from desk. Parking was $15 for a Saturday night. Maid opened door at 9am. Not what I expected, not a value for the price."

"Beautiful hotel; loved art work and decor; staff very helpful. Stayed here because it was close to Riverwalk. Highly disappointing! Skip it unless you are into Hooters, food courts or drinking. Don't think you can shop there. Museums are nearby; do those. Or wait for an event at complex across the street from hotel."
