I loved my facial at Marbella's! I have had several facials in the last few months, but this was hands down the best!!! Megan spent time explaining to me what my skin problems were and what I need to do to improve my skin, as well as why she did things differently than the facials I had before. My skin feels and looks wonderful. I found her to be knowledgable and confident. She has a gentle way of doing the extractions that were much less painful than what I have experienced and her neck massage was as good as any massage therapist I have been to...which says a lot, because I am a massage...

By reading reviews on good hair services I thought the massages would be good as well. Was I wrong! This was by far the worst massage I have ever had! Efrin did not know what he was doing. He did not even ask areas to avoid or where I had the most tension. I had to keep asking him to be more gentle. Do not go here for a massage, there are many other better options!

I went to this salon after searching for nearby spas to get a facial. Based on reviews I was excited. I get massages & facialsregularly so I know what they should be like. Both the massage & facial I had here were SO bad, down with the worst I have received. The facial broke my skin out. It seemed the facialist was scared to touch my face. It was supposed to be 1 hr but only lasted about 40 minutes. The 1 hr massage was also over in about 45 minutes. He did not seem to know what he was doing & charged me 10$ more for a deep tissue massage when that is NOT what I got. There are SO many more...

Tried out Marbella for the first time a few weeks ago and it was the best haircut I've had..hands down. Salon was clean and had a nice, modern atmosphere. Eduardo was my stylist and was friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.

Just moved to Houston and found Marbella online by searching for nearby salons. I chose the salon because they received many great reviews. I left a message and was promptly called back and was able to make an appointment that same day I called. I had almost 12 inches cut off and Eduardo did an excellent job styling my hair into a chic bob! The salon and staff were also very nice and pricing is very reasonable! I will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

I just had my first visit to Marbella Salon & Spa and LOVED it !!! I needed updated highlights and a softer look and Brittany new exactly what I was looking for. My color turned out fabulous, multidimensional with light and darker shades and it's much softer and more natural looking.

Elizabeth cut my hair and she was so knowledgeable, I described what I wanted, and she made some great suggestions and the result was fantastic, a soft, updated look that was so much better than what I even imagined. My hair looks healthy and shiny now and I love the result.

I have been going here for over 4 years and Eduardo is the best. He knows how to cut/style Asian hair and i went through 3 other stylists when I first moved to Houston before I found Eduardo and Marbella. I have not gotten a haircut anywhere else since! The salon is clean and stocked with the latest products. I highly recommend trying them out!

Great place to get a hair cut (bring a pic & ask for Eduardo, and he'll duplicate the look on you. This guy really knows how to cut & style hair!) 5 out of 5 stars for him! Unfortunately, the coloring experience was disappointing as some stylist there need more training. Worth paying a little more for the cut, but not for a coloring that doesn't meet expectations. Hence, the lower rating.

I have had an amazing relationship with my stylist Billy for over 9 years now. I had followed him to this salon from others. He is simply talented and amazing at his craft. He listens to what his clients want initially and then takes those comments and makes the final product better. I love my hair the first day its cut and the months after. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Marbella Salon. The staff there is personable and professional. I had not found ""my salon"" in Houston, until today. The salon is not open on Sunday's, so I went online and requested an appointment. As soon as they opened on Monday I received a phone call confirming my Tuesday appointment. I was first introduced to Marbella when they approached the Non-Profit Agency I work with for a special event for our survivor. They reached to us to coordinate a special Make Over event for survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence.

I really loved this salon. Mainly because my hairstylist Jamie was so amazing. Sometime between haircuts, however, he left and now I don't know where he's working :(
I've never been to another stylist there, but Jamie always spoke very highly of their skills, and I trust his judgement. I'm thinking of making an appointment with someone else there.

Vanessa is by far the best stylist that has ever touched my hair. I read a review on this site and decided to try this salon since I was new to the area. I was not disappointed. I heart my cut and color. I would love to keep her a secret but I'm so excited that I keep telling everyone about my new fab stylist! The Moroccan Oil product that they use at this salon will change your life...it's fantastic! My hair has never looked so good. I will definitely return!

This was my first time going to an actual legit salon where you got a consultation and everything, and I was severely nervous about making such a drastic change to my hair.

Allie was my stylist. She did a fabulous job, and she answered all of my questions. :)

Bottom line: Because of what a great experience I had, this might be my go-to all one salon for hair, brows, etc.

I found a salon online and made an appt, needed to get my hair toned and the stylist used a new product the salon was trying out Moroccan Oil, I was amazed to see the end results of my hair. I have naturally frizzy hair and it can at times be coarse. After just one use, my hair feels alot smoother, silky to the touch and feels lightweight not heavy. I've been a customer of Marbella for many years. My sister recommended Eduardo to my mom and me. I recommended him to my friends, their husbands, my coworkers, and on and on. We have a little Marbella cult going and we love it. They deliver quality work, product usage and advice and a welcoming beverage upon your arrival. Marbella's is the only place to go to for facials! Their aesthetician LaQuetta is amazing. I go every month and I've seen significant improvement in my skin. I wish I could go every week it’s that good. LaQuetta uses a great skin care line called Dermalogica, which I now swear by. I have recommended all my girl friends to go and they have also had really great experiences. Perfect salon experience: was quick, friendly, and most importantly provided possibly the best cut ever. Eduardo, besides being a cool dude, is a ninja with the texture blade; you quickly realize this man loves what he does and knows hair like a scientist as he instantly had my top sized up and truly gave me a far better cut than some of the most 'exclusive' salons in town. And my hair is quite problematic, as I've had issues with just about all cuts prior. Very much recommended!

Rosie fixed my hair after a really horrible dye job- I was extremely happy with the way my hair turned out. You can't even tell that it had been poorly dyed before. Everyone at the salon was very friendly and accommodating. Also, Billy gave me a great hair cut with long layers and was a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend Marbella to anyone- they offer a wide range of services as well. I plan on returning to Marbella in the future- it is an awesome salon!

These are the only people I trust with my hair.

Eduardo, one of the salon's owners, cuts my hair and always does a terrific job. He knows what I like and he makes me look great. I'm an executive at a creative professional services firm, so I often have to represent the company in business meetings or at functions; I need a hairstyle that won't scare the clients by being too edgy, but nevertheless projects an aesthetic sophistication. I also like that the cut is versatile enough for me to glam it up for a fun night out, or just wash&wear - without having to throw on a baseball cap!

I recently booked an appointment at Marbella to have my hair just trimmed, after having a disappointing experience at Etheria Salon 2 times. They fit me in the same day with the stylist Billie. I have wavy/curly hair that gets very frizzy in the humidity. Everyone at the salon was friendly and I didn't have to wait at all. Jammie gives me one of the best hair cuts I have found in a long time. He is pleasant, agreeable and fun to work with. Everyone that works at Marbella Spa is pleasant, knowlegable and fun to be around.This is one of the few hair salon where the hairdressers actually listen to what the client wants. Jammie may argue with me but he is also usually right.

When I called on a Monday to try and book same day service, I was pleasantly surprised to know that I could be seen immediately. Jammey Kidd, my stylist and chemical guru is THE BEST! I went to Marbella for the first time last week to have my hair coloured. I was greeted by super-friendly staff and told that Jamie would be my stylist. Jamie was fantastic! He listened to what I wanted, evaluated what I had going already (eye colour, etc.) and made gorgeous suggestions for my hair! I could hardy decide! He took me from mousey brown to brilliant blonde and my hair is absolutely stunning, I have had nothing but compliments all week! BRAVO! i wanted hair extensions for prom and marbella's is definetly the place to go. vanessa is amazing, see did a wonderful job and she made time fly. billy is a wonderful hair stylist he blended the extensions in wonderfully and made them look real. these two are a blast. i also scheduled an appointment with paula to style my hair for prom, even when she was supposed to be off. she did a fantastic job. marbella's has a great team they all come together each with their own talent and made me look amazing. they focus on your needs and make you feel comfortable. they are great i cant say it enough.

I saw Vanessa today after I read the reviews. She was funny and listened, but she has great skill in her line of work. My hair has amazing body. Here I am in my 40's and i got the best cut and style I have ever had in my life.

He is very thorough, pays attention to what you want, and takes your skintone and eye color into account to give you great results! He's done hair for 30+ years and you can tell!!
