Following an accident, my insurance suggested that I go to Mandic. Their estimate was very high, and the persons attitude was poor. I went to BMWK and got my car fixed for hundreds of dollars less, and the people were very nice.

Once, my car just died and I thought something was really wrong with it. Duh, I ran out of gas and they were there in 15 minutes. Whew. Excellent customer service. Minimal fee and quick.

Mandic Motors has rescued me more times than I can remember. They always arrive fast and get me to an auto shop in no time. The drivers have all been very nice as well.

I see Mandic Motors Tow trucks on the streets of HB often and they have been to my house too. They were very polite, knowledgeable about the problems encountered and were alble to fix the issue so I wouldn't have to be towed. And that's a loss to them so I appreciate their helpfulness and honesty. They will be my first call if I need help again!
