Maggiano's Little Italy is one of the best Italian restaurant's in Colorado. I think that everybody would enjoy the chicken ravioli. They don't have any desserts but if you're able to eat all of the pasta they give you, then you won't have any room for dessert.

The food here is acceptable but not worth going out of your way for. The no reservations policy is horrible. They actually think you should stand in line for their food and it's really not worth it. Once you get in, they tend to put the tables much too close together, you actually rub shoulders with people at the table next to you. Overall a poor experience.

I have been to Maggiano's 2 times, both times with groups over 8 people. Each time, they have tried to force us into their "family-style" menu (they have 2 different menus). The "family-style" menu costs $20-$30 per person, and is 4-5 courses. However, if you just order off the regular menu the portions are giant and two people can share 1 entree, which will only cost you $10-$15 per person.... more

Very average to below average. The food is not very good. The prices are steep for quality of food. The coffee is burnt. The espresso is extremely bitter. My ravioli was not throughly cooked. Anyone rating this place as great, is caught up in the hype of quantity and popularity. The food is ok, but not great, it's a chain. The atmosphere is good the service was good, but the food was average. The pasta was overcooked, the sauce bland. How can you make good sauce by the 1,000 gallon method? My wife and I went to the new Maggiano's on Dry Creek. It was the worst dining experience we have ever had at a restaurant. We waited 30 minutes even with a reservation. We were treated rudely by the host, the service was slow and poor. The food was not hot when we were finally served. The food quality and taste was not good.

I don't know why this place is always such the rage!! This is mass produced c@!%!y Italian food, made the exact same way in every Maggianos across the country. If you want good Italian in Denver, go to a non-chain. Their wine list leaves something to be desired, and the wait list is at least an hour on any typical night. Take your patronage elsewhere.

We had so many good dining experiences @ Maggiano's, that we held our rehearsal dinner here. It was a fairly large party & they accomodated everyone ideally. The food & service was above & beyond~ as well as the ambiance & party accomodations. The ambience is wonderful. The music is an old mix of jazz tunes and Sinatra. And the food is great for two reasons. It is truly good Italian food and they give you such large portions. They give you doggie bags to take home. It tastes just as good, if not better, the next day.

Maggiono's has had consistency - something I have found lacking in many Denver restaurants. Here I can have my Chopped Salad and Eggplant Parmesan served the way I love it, every time I go. The appetizers are the only segment of their menu that has ever lacked. If there were a down side, it is so darn popular, getting a seat can sometimes be a challenge.

My husband has been raving about Maggiano's for years - when I finally got to try it I saw the attraction. Altho the place is immense, the seating arrangements make it feel like a cozy family place. Portions are large - actually, too large - plan to split entrees and the accompanying pasta.
Our server was terrific even with the crowd in the dining room.

Even though the place is huge and usually packed, you can't help but feel that youre eating at a quaint, out of the way restaurant. My wife and I have tried something different each time we go and are never disappointed. By the way, the take-out at is very affordable and should be considered for home catering.

I've been to Maggiano's on several occassions: with a date, with the family, with a group of friends.

I had heard a lot about this restaurant, but wondered if was hype. I had a great time! It certainly is not citting edge cuisine, but it is the best Italian food I have had in a long, long time. Walking into Maggiano's is like walking across the Ocean and winding up in Italy itself. The restaurant is beautiful, the lighting romantic and even our waiter had soft romantic italian feel. The food itself was slightly better than the average Italian eatery in Denver but what they lacked in Spaghetti Sauce they made up in ambiance. I highly recommend this beautiful establishment to anyone.

We live in Colorado Springs which is about 45 minutes to an hour from Denver. When ever my wife and I find ourselves in the Denver area, we make it a point to stop in and eat at Maggiano's. It beyond the typical Itialian restaurant. The service and the quality of food is exceptional. Be prepared for a possible wait, the word is out and many flock to eat there. The wait is well worth it.

Maggiano's is awesome because you get so much value for your dollar. I have never left Maggiano's without at least two or three take out bags of leftovers. The service is excellent. I recently ordered several hundred dollars worth of food, take out, for a party and got rave reviews on it. The Maggiano's Salad, Gnocchi, and cheesecake are among the best items!
