WARNING!! This place you would not give MILITARY DISCOUNT 10% off. I was with my family and kids to shop at garden when we are ready to check out at cashier I showed my MILITARY ID then they won t give me my discount. This is BAD for MILITARY people. Just go to different Lowe s home improvement. Home depot they do take MILITARY DISCOUNT 10% off.

I usually dont need help in a home improvement store, good thing because only big box store with worse customer service than this is Best Buy. But other than that my only complaint is that they usually dont have what Im looking for if I really want to get serious. This is a great store for the casual home improvement.

Large location but there never seems to be anyone working here. I've waited 15-30 minutes walking around a department before I find anyone which is a huge issue if I am in any type of rush or have no clue what I am looking for. It would be nice to have some help once in a while.

Big store with home improvement stuff. But there are also things for the yard, inside decorations, patio furniture and more. During the Holidays, there are beautiful decorations for any style of tree, theme, or decor you might like.

Prices now aren't too bad, but as we get closer to Christmas I am sure …

You get better customer service from the guy selling hot dogs outside. Employees are loud, obnoxious and unprofessional.

The appliance and BBQ guys are really helpful. They helped us get even more off the prices buy letting us know of the different discounts. The delivery was on time and the guys were extreemly careful with the new goods. Way to go Lowes!!

My days of wandering aimlessly around a store looking for something are over due to a disability. I have to depend on help from store employees. I needed a hose repair kit and some weather stripping. I wandered around the store near the garden department for about 10 minutes and could not locate a sales associate. I figured the hose repair kits would be near the hoses. Finally two sales...

Called for priceing in paint, & the man that helped me on the phone was rude, short & said he could not answer my questions because he had customers looking at him.

The service at this store is unbelievable - they are professional and always very helpful. The best part is they will also help you save money on projects instead of trying to oversell - Very happy that we have a Lowes close to use but we would drive across town to use them too.
