I love the Jewelry exchange in tustin there are a lot of great diamonds for impecable prices. I havent seen beautiful diamonds for this price anywhere else. I went in and was immediately helped and served coffee. I felt very comfortable and not like i was being pressure into jus buying anything. Thank you for all the reviews, mostly negative...You saved me the gas money and the aggravation of going to that place. I like to hold gold in my hand. I bought a bracelet once and it was HOLLOW super LIGHT. N ice looking and if i ever wanted to sell it, it wouldn't be a problem like something plated.

I have never been to such a tacky jewelyry store. You must pick a number in order to get help... no number no service! The customer service was horrible!!! I was very disappointed with my visit to the Jewelry Exchange today. I had always heard their ads and drove in from Long Beach. I had loose diamonds( 8 smaller round) and I wanted to look at their gold ring settings. For security purposes, they only allow you to look through the counter glass at the setting assortment. The prices here are fantastic, especially for loose diamonds. I always compare prices before I buy jewelry, and the Jewelry Exchange has always had the best price for the quality. I recommend this store to all of my friends who are thinking about getting engaged. You might have to wait a while to get help, but it is worth the time.

In searching for an engagement ring we heard great things about The Jewelry Exchange. Being a contemporary girl their settings didn't appeal much to me but they offer fabulous prices on loose diamonds. But the great ones go very quickly so if you're looking to propose head there soon.
