Exceptional customer service and responsiveness. Workers were fast and cleaned up the work site quite well. Despite a problem with the final product (roof leaked in 2 spots when complete), John rushed a worker to my house to effect repairs within 3 hours of my call about the leak. SO far, no additiona leaks, but if there are any, I am confident he will continue to provide the same quality...

Came and started early in the morning due to weather forcasted for later in the day, took off old roof and replaced new one in one day before the rain came. Came back next day to finish the gutters and any loose ends. Fast, good, quality work!

Best price, quick to respond, job started on time and finished in two days instead of three as planned. When the job required 4 squares more than the 35 estimated and much more damage was repaired than expected, the price didn't change! J. Montes provided the best buck out of 4 quotes. Tear off and replaced in one day. Other quotes were 2 to 4 days for completion. Clean up all miss with no damage to flower beds or surronding grounds. Was very satisfied with the the work and would recommend.
