Had our wedding guests stay at the hotel and everyone raved about it. Great location, wonderful facilities (although no pool), and fun hotel lounges. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Excellent Choice in Milwaukee

This hotel reminds me of W hotels. It has an upscale and sleek lobby that tries to get a trendy vibe going. My room was on a lower level and had a huge ceiling- felt like 20' feet high. The rooms are modern and up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, a great stay. Right now, there's a lot of construction around the hotel so roads are blocked off so its a bit of a challenge to get to. However, this place is quite nice once you get there. I suggest you do not stay in the corner of the forth floor. The sea gulls will peck at your window and keep you awake. It is a very nice hotel and the accommodations where excellent. The location is wonderful.

This hotel made me feel important: They made arrangements to make me feel comfortable and answered my questions as needed.

They had a comfortable bed and excellent pillows. The bathroom was clean, but a little run down. The front desk personnel were not very helpful and carried on personal conversations among themselves while a dozen guests were kept cooling their heels. The location is right at the river and is good for downtown restaurants.

I liked the hotel. It was located downtown close to the attractions. The price we got online was a very good price. But it would be nice if they had wireless access for free in their rooms.

The hotel was fine, but about 2 AM there was a fire alarm that sounded. We were told to leave the building immediately. When we got outside to the street, the guests were going back into the lobby. It was a false alarm. No one from the hotel staff spoke to us and none of them said we had to wait until the fire department arrived and shut off the alarm.
