My windows were installed within the time limits promised. The men were polite and efficient; making little mess - what was made was gone by the time they left. The windows are better than advertised. I recommend Ideal without qualification.

I am so please with my kitchen remodel! The craftsmanship is exquisite. I was concerned this project would take a while, but they finished just shy of the deadline. From the initial meeting with my designer I felt taken care of through out the entire process. We had a major kitchen remodel, they were able to move walls, plumbing and do all the electrical. They even helped me with the color coordination of the overall project to make my home amazing. I loved everyone that came and worked at my home. Our kitchen was finished in less than 6 weeks. My in-laws were coming to stay with us so timing was important. We love our new kitchen- next project, the guest bathroom.

This company sells themselves well but once they've contracted with you, all honesty, integrity and customer service goes out the window. Once into the job, more and more "issues" come up that can only be remedied for exhorbitant amounts of money. The prices they charge are ridiculous.
