Largest Buddhist Temple in Southern California
By far the best group chanting experience I have ever experienced. It's worth the drive from San Diego and memorable the moment you drive onto the grounds up the steep drive. The place is huge! You're free to walk around and participate in chanting. The temple workers are friendlier than the monks, so keep that in mind when you're asking for direction. Chinese is the preferred language on the grounds.
