It is poor customer service to make a client, with an established appointment, wait for a walk-in off the street. My appointment was for 10:00 am today (02/05/13) at your 1919 Taylor office. By 10:30 am I had still not been helped, was informed a walk-in was still being seen, therefore I left. Most reasonable people and businesses do not inconvenience a person with an appointment, for a walk-in. If I hadn't left, how much longer would I have waited? \r
